Do you know anything about that Hannigan trialer I bought from Dragbars?
It has a rod end coupler like a Buschtec but Hannigan says it's not theirs.

Well I aint LeeeeeMont. But the picture of the coupling that you posted is an eye off of a three point hitch on a tractor..If you need one look at the local Farm Supply.

I know the rod end should be easy to find. Getting it out without ruining the whole thing is another story.
The rod end swivels in a brass bushing, the bushing swivels in the housing, the bushing is pinned in with hardened pins. The whole thing swivels but does not unscrew. And I can't drill the pins out to pull the assembly out. I may have to try to drill the opposite side so I can drive the pins out.

Hannigan says they never put a hitch like that on their trailers.
I got it apart. I drilled two small holes on the other side and pushed the pins out. Now I'm gonna need a lathe.
It has two bushings threaded on, and two bushings over those.
