I have not logged on for some time and forgot my password. Got a new pass word e-mailed to me . Used the new pass word to get logged on . Now when I go to edit my profile for a user friendly new password it keeps telling me the two pass word entries I am required to make in order to change to a new password DO NOT MATCH. After about 10 attempts to key in the same 7 digits on two separate lines and being told that they don't match, I beginning to think there is something wrong here. I've hand written my name on a piece of paper 10 times and showed it to my wife and she says that they all match. Anybody got any ideas? Thanks Tank
