Cobra is cheaper, but I did have good luck with my FRSX 2 bike to bike.
anyone have an opinon?

Mike, there are other options also. I am in the same search for the right solution for my Comm. needs. There is autocom product that has a box that takes CD, FRS, Radar Detector, MP3, Phone and Rider to passenger comm.
Then there is Air RIder that has a similar unit. Not to mention Chatterbox, which also has the HJC 60 rider to passenger, and MP#. (THey also mention that you can hook up a CB to that configuration, I'm sure it is their 27AH but that looks like an OEM Cobra to me)
SO many choices. :)
Whatever I decide to go with will be soon, I'll post my selection. Might wait until Bike Week to talk in person to the vendors. :D

That was a better price for the chatterbox I was leaning toward. The auto com is something I will look at closer :D
