FB and I tooki a MUCH needed ride today!!!!

Got a late start..... out about 10:00 am.... Rode up thru wildflower central here in Texas.... it's been Sooooo dry this year... extreme drought in much of Texas.... that the wildflowers are not doing well this year. We did find one good field of bluebonnets and buttercups.... but usually at this time of year... the whole countryside looks like a blue and red ocean of flowers.... The flowers are all annuals... hope there are enough seed to make a crop next year!!!!!
We did have a GREAT ride!!!! weather was in the high 80's.... beautiful countryside..... about 400 miles of 2 lane back roads!!!!!:pepper1::clap2::thumbup:

Even back when I had my 'Ol 75 CL100, I remember how good it felt to get out and feel the wind when I got in from work. Hope we see you two this summer some where.

Glad to hear you guys got out for a ride...you definitely deserved some R and R :capwin:
Had a great time...as soon as I got home I had to head out on a business trip...just now starting to feel "normal" again, whatever that is...and looking forward to the next road trip...in warmer and dryer weather :D
