Trying to help out a fellow Valk rider who's Valk got totaled.
First off when mine got totaled I was told that I could get a refund on the extended warranty since I never used it. They made contact with who ever they needed and processed a refund.
Now this fellow is going through the same thing, his Valk was totaled, was still under factory warranty. Can you tell me who he needs to contact and what information he needs to get refund.
