Thanks TNT. I spent alot of time (and money) on my bike this winter. I got the idea for the paint scheme from a bike that I saw at Inzane II built by Viking. There's was red and silver. I like blue better. There are many things that I have done, like all braded brake lines and cables. I even took all the wiring harnesses going in the headlight apart and installed braded covering. Polished final drive,Viking final drive trim ring, rotors, wheels, fork legs, ect. As for the previos question. The paint was $800.00 and another $1500.00 or so for polishing and other parts. I want to thank Direct Line, Wayne's world, BIll Arbuckle at MADCO, and Bob Sittlow (the painter) for all the help on this project.

Mad6Gun is my brother. The bike really has to be seen in person to really appreciate it. If it's a bolt, and not chromed, it's capped with chrome. It it's an allen head bolt, it's got a chrome cap. Every "rough" casting has been full polished, forks, final drive, brake and clutch resoviors, etc. I don't think there is a single wire that is exposed, it's either hidden or has a shiny stainless braid on it. I really think it's an amazing job, and no parts were left over after he put it back together!

Folks, this is one awsome Valkyrie. I was in the garage with Mark as the final assembly was being done. Like CDSixshooter says...."Ya really gotta see it in person". Mark is so pleased that he's not even going to miss the 6 or 7 horses that he lost in the transformation(it used to be black). He will have it at Paducah in July.
Very very good looking paint job.........
Make for a good looking ride.
See ya in Paducah.

Your bike looked good before you got it painted. Can't wait to see now! Now you will really make them custom chopper guys mad at the bike shows! :D At least you made it faster by becoming a 2-tone! :P Hope to see it by spring.
