I-40 rock slide

Encountered this rock slide on I-40 at TN-NC border. Experts say it could take months to clear and there is no short or easy way around. Anyone planning a trip through this area better find a better route.

the morning we left to come home. :-D
Just kidding. We did leave for home from Dillsboro that morning. The temperature was 31 degree's as we were packing for home. I feel sorry for the folks trying to make a living selling gasoline etc. along that area.
