Local weather had stated we could have as much as 4 inch of the white stuff.. Well the weather folks are wrong again..
We got 10 inches on the ground with another 4 expected over night,
This is in Millington Tn.
It looks good but it will be a mess for us...
I will try to post a pic in the morning.

Can't wait for the pictures Bro! WINDY and cool down here....just cool but 35-40 mph gusts. Already blown the outdoor umbrella out of the base, out of the table and across the yard.
Sure is getting cool! Hard6 called me and told me that if it warmed up, get my arse over there and have coffee. (70 miles to the west of me). I sure want to but don't know if I can before I leave out on Thursday back to Africa..........

A little cool here too! but not freezing!!!!!!
Temp was 38* F at 0430 this morning. Would not be an issue, except the ground temps were high enough to make the Cosmos flowers sprout, and the hill is COVERED with seedlings that are frost sensitive.:o4:
Last night I set up sprinklers to cover the hill (man made, we don't have any hilly terain down here, 60ft wide, and 300ft long), incase of a frost. Just got in from turning them on. Just a little preventative!!!!!
temp dropped to 36*.... maybe another degree or 2 before sunrise.
OH!!!!!!! the mustards and collards are up too.... should have a BUNCH of fresh greens for the Friday night meal at the gatherin'!!!!!:clap2:

Snow here as well...:22yikes:
I think we will dodge the 4"-8" bullet....:clap2:And only get a dusting .. At least that what we got last night ... We shall see about tonight..
Still feeding the stock full amount :o4:
We are all ready for the temp change :pepper1:
HotGlue ... Sounds like you have a system for your tender vegetation..
I never had much luck with hosing stuff down to stop a freeze..

10 " of snow!!!!:22yikes: That would be a catastrophy of biblical proportions here!!!!LOL
Tracy, glad y'all didn't get buried!
The sprinklers will work for a frost, or a VERY light freeze.... as long as it doesn't last more than a couple hours. We did not get to freezing(32*), but I have seen frost at temps as high as 38*.... someone explain to me how ya get frost above freezing temps!!!!!!!!!!!
The flower sprouts look good this morning....I REALLY enjoy my flower hill.... lots of folks stop on the road to take pictures, and ask to walk out in the flowers for pics. We can sit on the patio and really have a wonderful veiw.
I was trying to get a jump on the blooming this year, and took a chance planting early. Hopefully they will be in bloom for the BBQ!!!!!:clap2:

To see your place...
I'm very much ready for a trip !!:biker:
Wow, 10" of snow! The most we had when I lived over there was 8. Glad I moved to this end of TN. All we've had is rain. It is cool this morning (34) and still misting rain. Seems like this winter will never end!

Man, I am sooooooooo bummed. No, I will not be able to make the Q! But I will next year! With most rides, if I miss it one year - I get it the next with my rotation, but I flew out the weekend of the Q last year and I will fly in the weekend of the Q this year.....I won't get home until the Monday after the Q.
I am really bummed, but I did get to see the extension when we rode over to Austin last weekend and Hotglue and FB were nice enough to share their home with some old biker Cajuns......:bow1::bow1::bow1:
Man, you folks are going to have a BLAST over there this year - no matter what the weather!!!! :biker::clap2::biker:
I will see ya next year though!!!! :pepper1::pepper1::pepper1:

Had a good day today!!!!! got all but 2 sheets of tin up and screwed down... Need to finish the tie-in to the old cover to finish up....
Geeeezzz it looks BIG.... The extention looks BIGGER covered than it did with just the trusses and purlins up. Makes the BBQ pit look small.....
Pictures coming soon of men screwing on the roof...er screwing the roof on..... well it is better than it sounds...LOL...2200sq/ft of covered , get down, hangout, party pavillion.....WoooHoooo...Hoping it doesn't rain at the Q... but if it does... we're covered....Just huddle up close... like ya like each other...
