Since I moved into my old childhood farm house, I have not had alot of room to store my things. We have a 2 car garage in which I put her Jimmy and my Valk. Along with some tools and other misc items. There still is alot of tractor parts that need to go to the barn and alot of my deceased grandparents things. So basicly its a 1 car garage! I have been parking my beater with a heater (85 Chevy 1/2 ton) outside but when it gets cold I put it in the lean-to. And 'lean' it does! If you sight down the wall she bows out about 2' in the middle! Now I'm tired of opening the barn doors. Its been between 2 and 17 deg the last 2 weeks and the ground is heaving like crazy. I pic-axed out a 4" rut to get the doors open but they still drag. So the other night I clean out the other spot in the garage and moved the Valk to the barn. <sniff sniff> All gravel floor, leaning wall, and possible exposure to a fine snow through the rafters. I told the wife she better mark this down in the books. I park a $11,000 bike in the barn and a $950 truck in the garage! I must be crazy!

In 1992, that happened to me and I built a 24X30 garage out back.

Solved my problem for the time being... Now I just wish I would have made it a 24X45 instead.......

I built a 28X32 Garage and it is stuffed already. wish I would have put up a 5 bay garage....

Nope, the Truck, $35,000 Avalanche sits outside. The Valk still gets top billing. (in the heated garage)

That is when the Valk would be in my den.
