Lamont - Question about the M109

I was groovin' on your trip out west shots and I noticed your backrest on the M109.

What is the make and how did you mount it?

Also, would it work with the Suzuki Full Cut Gel Seat?

Got another question for you to help me out.

Have you had any problems with the pegs bottoming out in a twisty?

I see pictures of the 109 and in some curves, the pegs (and rider's foot) seems close to the asphalt.

I made the backrest but after I got my pegs and bars where I wanted them I no longer use it. Utopia has a backrest for the 9 I thing.

Pegs will hit just like any other bike but I find that I can run the twisties fast on the 9 than any other cruiser I've owned. I have air ride on mine too and that helps because I can jack it up higher thant stock.

I have the Suzuki gel seat on my bike now and I can ride from here to Daytona (600+ miles) without ever getting butt burn. This bike is good for the long hauls you are use to. 8)
