There are only two rooms left, one cabin and two chalets as of 1100 am today for the Cheaha rally this spring. If you haven't got a room yet...NOW may be the time

the phone number is 1-800-846-2654. But they have had phone problems. If that doesn't work, try 1-800-ALA-PARK and then press 1 and the 1 again. Mention the Valkyrie riders....or they will tell you there are no rooms.

Get your room while you still can. There is no game on top of the moutain other than the state park (which has plenty of camping, by the way). Closest hotels down the mountain are about 20 miles away. But ALL the activities planned are either on the top...or start on the top of the mountain. You really need to be at "Ground Zero". We're working on the band and the shirt for the rally now......

I highly recommend this rally to anyone. I missed it last year (got scared off by a little rain & lightning). I plan on coming & CAMPING. Last year there was a lot of construction/renovation going on which impacted camping - this surely has been completed by now. I'll check a little later & post for those who like to camp.

I just called them at their 800 number to find out actually where they are so I could post it on our local ride schedule... they only had about 9 room left.

Try to find out where they are.... Delta, AL. It is only a dot on my gps map stuff.

they are about 20 miles east northeast of Talladega, AL. If one came on I-20....they are about 20-25 miles off of I-20....to the south of I-20...just south of Oxford, AL. Hope this helps.

On those rooms....they had two rooms as of last night....one 4 man cabin...and two chalets. the cabins and chalets could be used by multiple bikers/families.

And on that constuction....i was up there saturday...and it looked like all that construction was done. it was kind of messy last year right around that construction!
