Anyone know of or have a source for a replacement windshield for the Tourer. Mine is starting to yellow and streak from age and during the rain or at night with the oncoming lights is becoming difficult to see through safely.
Is it possible to have it re-polished or is there a treatment that would remedy this. Thanks in advance.

I have one coming from Clearview Shields. Pretty good price versus the OEM shield. Lot of people on the VRCC board recommended it. I am getting the shorty. I t must be coming soon because I see they have now charged my credit card. www.clearviewshields.com (http://www.clearviewshields.com). Rescueroy

Thanks for the reply Roy, I rode home Sunday night down the Natchez trace in the rain and decided I HAD to replace this windshield. Most of the damage looks like a film is pealing from the front of the screen which makes it hazardous in the rain.
My Valk Interstate did the same thing from high pressure car washes I think.

I have an original Hondaline windshield. I took it off when I replaced it with a Clearview. Haven't looked at it for a couple years.
It was clear and had no cracks but I cut it down three inches so I could see over it.

Got my clearview shield yesterday and put it on the bike. Really a nice shield for the money. I got the shorty, but may cut a little more off. Rescueroy
