Been without a bike for about a year now, sold the valk last Feb. Couldn't believe anyone would be buying one at that time of year. Anyhow I still try to keep up with ragnar, and it's nearly impossible. Been looking on ebay for bikes. I sure don't want a Rune, valk or GW and can't even get a bosshoss of the kick stand. Guess I'll settle for a Road Couch.

I feel your pain about being Valkless. I havent been without one quite as long as you but I will most likely pass the one year mark of May 30th before getting a new one. Good to see you on here too!!!

Yep, he got it in and it's extremely fast. He just finished it up yesterday. I pretty sure it'll out run his valk. The major problem he's going to have with it is whiplash. I should have had my camera with me the other day when he was running thru the gears. About all you could see was his adams apple and this monster grin on his face pointing about 20dgs above the horizon. :roll:

I won't even go into the trip up to Theils with Ragnar. He slept most of the way, and it got real embarassing at the dealership. :shock:

there is ABSOLUTELY no way I'm painting this one. So here's the embarassing story. First I got an Electra Glide Classic. (ok ragnar?).
Ragnar and I got to Theils and I spotted "my bike" with a sold sign on it in the back. It was a two tone blue and told ragnar that was mine. Like a dumbass :oops: I jump right on it and start bragging about the bike, that's when the salesmanager walks up and tells me, in front of an audience, that's not my bike, mine is out front in the parking lot running and ready to go. I said "huh??" and walked out side. Mine is a solid dark blue single color. I am somewhat justified in making the mistake because the blue turns from very light blue to purple to almost black and when I saw it in the show room it looked two tone to me. What's real embarassing is I should of known better because I spent about 3 yrs trying to get that color. :oops:

Just got off the phone with him. Talking about getting the stage 1 kit. Don't have a clue other than it's a carb upgrade. I do know one thing tho. I'm going to wait until I see how ragnar's big bore works out before I do anything with mine. I'm still trying to get the damn seat off, then the trunk, gas tank, fenders. (just to look at). I got the saddlebags off, those were pretty easy. I found out you want to have a lot of blankets for all the stuff you take off.
