the hotel and i both forgot that the block of ALL the rooms in the hotel, ended about 30 days before the event! so, this weekend, the block went off, and that caused some confusion! i appologize for that.
but we got it straightened out. we got the block extended until **** 6 August ****. that's the SAME day pre-registration ends. So.....IF you want to ASSURE you're going to get a room...and assure you get the SAME LOW RATE....better call the hotel BEFORE COB 6 August!
After that date, unused rooms will be unblocked...and the 'general public' can get rooms.....and....POSSIBLY, they may run out. also, after that date, the room rate to the 'general public'....is HIGHER than what we are paying! They may have rooms left after that date...and we may be able to get you OUR LOWER rate....but...NO GUARANTEES.
so why not just....GET-R-DONE!!!!!!!
