I have a friend who is great with manufacturing stuff and said that he would make me a trailer hitch for my Valk. He only needs a couple of things. Some good pictures to look at of the hitch, some basic measurements and thickness of the material.
Can any one help me out with this information? BIG thank you!!!

This pattern was posted on VRCC:

I built it out of 1/4" steel plate, following the lead of a couple guys on VRCC. You will notice some of the measurements are missing, but it is a good starting point. Generally, the hitch side plates are 3" wide. So what I did was buy some of that foam poster board and cut templates and fit them to my bike. Then I took them to a local fab shop and had them cut and bent. I drilled the holes myself. I had an old receiver hitch from a car laying around, so I cut the receiver tube from it and welded it to the cross plate under the fender.
Hope this helps.
