Well my wife had bought these in 04 for a X-mas present and installed them around the end of Dec or first of Jan. Well my stock shocks were wore out. Got these and put on and noticed they were easy to bounce. Not knowing much about the shocks and no one around to compare them to figured they were alright. Well a couple days ago a buddy shows up on his Valk with the 412 on his. We go out and check and the difference between them is like night and day. Anyhow I overnight them to Progressive for $75.00 to have them checked. To make a short story one minute the dampers are bad the next nothing wrong with them. Would love for them to cover it under warranty but that isn't going to happen. So I was talking with Hondadirect about the problem and they are so great and nice I'll be ordering some 440's from them tomorrow. The only thing I will say is that they do care about people and I will always be their customer. I will be posting on other boards about Hondadirect and how they do care.
