Merry Christmas Valkers

This Goldwinger is having, Red Wine and Oyster Stew, then pheasant under glass*, served with cranberry sauce. Then more Red Wine, and finally finishing with fresh home-made warm fudge, and fresh ground coffee. Then more Wine, then more Wine.
How do 'Valkers' celebrate their Christmas dinner !

ingredients:

2 dressed pheasants (1 bird)
1/4 cup orange juice (3 Tblsp)
1/4 cup olive oil (2 Tblsp)
1/2 teaspoon salt (1/4 tsp)
1/4 teaspoon pepper (same)
4 tablespoons parsley, chopped (3 Tblsp)
2 garlic cloves peeled, chopped (same)
12 strips of bacon (six)
(2 Tblsp chicken seasoning, mixed [if desired] to taste with a dash of mesquite or hickory seasoning.)
(2 Tblsp cilantro, ground)

I have a Turkey in my Holland Grill out on the deck, wife has a ham in the oven, a big ole pot of chicken and noodles a cookin on the top of the stove.

As you can see we have a bunch of out-laws that are picky eaters.

Beja'Vu, you sure have a good and healthy Holiday meal planned. I'm not so fortunate as far as the healthy goes.

Stuffed Mirliton with Shrimp. (A New Orleans Fav)
Oyster Stuffing (Another N.O. Fav)
Cranberry Relish
Coleslaw
Baked Yams
Corn Bread
Fresh Apple and Pumkin Pie
White Wine
Not to mention the fresh cookies and fudge I've been eating.

Now there is just the wife, Brother-in Law and his Girl friend. I do not think I will need to have a New Years feast, but we will wait and see.

Do I need to tell you what my New years Resolution is going to be :!:
