The wanker doesn't even know it's not a quad bike - silly tosser. The photos in the auction have been used over and over and over. So I emailed my contacts at eBay and aslo filed a Internet Fraud Complaint with the IFCC.-------------------------------------------------------------------
Let me share a few things about this bike,is in Like New Condition as you can see in the pictures, The engine works perfect. I'm the first owner of this bike and i have a clear title in hand so, the transaction can be completed quickly.
Terms & Conditions Shipping and handling:
The shipping address must be provided before sending the payment. The package will be shipped trough FedEx, JC MOTORS or Lufthansa Cargo Air Insured.The package will only be sent after receiving the payment. I agreed with eBay to send my item to its warehouse for inspection.
This way, both sides (seller and buyer) are insured by eBay Square Trade. The shipping will be sent to your address from eBay's warehouse in San Jose, CA, where the quad was sent for testing.
Payment:
If you wilmpay the buy it now price + western union fee I will suport the shipping
The payment method wich i prefer is Western Union wire transfer.
Western Union procedures are simple, to make the transfer all you have to do is to go to any agent and make the transfer to the name and address i'll provide you with.

The bike is ready for shipment, i just need your deposit confirmation from Western Union with the transfer's details and the bike will be delivered to your address. You will then receive the tracking number for the package so you can check it by yourself.
REFUND-After the bike arrives, you have an 7 days period for inspection. If the bike is different than the way i've described it, 100% refund - transfer fees and the bike will be shipped back to San Jose, CA on seller's expence. Anyways, i don't think it will be necesary, you'll love this bike from very first moment you'll see it.
