My fiancé’ bought a Valk about 2 months ago and I would like to lower it 2 or 3 inches. I put an Ultimate seat on it and that brought it down about an inch and she can stand almost flat-footed now, but would like to get it a little lower. Will changing the shocks and front springs lower the bike? If so, what shocks and springs are recommended? Any other ideas to bring the bike down a bit?

Thanks.

I put a low profile sport bike tire on the front of mine. (120/70/17) and a Corbin seat with a nose job. I kept the stock shocks and fork springs. My seat height on this bike was 25.75" It handled great too. Some people have raised the front forks and used shorter shocks to lower them also. Here's a couple of pics.
