WE won't know his real chain of events until his sentencing on Jan 26th I believe they said was the date.

His lawyers will appeal and all that crapola and tie this up in the courts for the next 5 years while he runs free..........

Maybe the state will take his driving privilege and then the :cop2: can watch to see he doesn't drive. If he does, then what ever time they sentence him to jail next month, he spend it in that little square box with the iron slats for doors, just like a parole violation.

Guilty or not, it wont bring back that dead rider....

The sentencing laws are what piss me off... there is no consistency, from 30 days of 'good deeds' to several years in jail... just depends on the judge, the location, and how much munny the convict has ....

Anyway, I am glad for this small victory and that it got such public attention. That guy ruined more lives than just that dead rider...
