Rune Trike ?

I was Southbound on the Florida Turnpike and when I came to one of the many, many, many toll plaza’s I saw a Rune Trike in the Northbound lane. That was a very wicked ride. I took the next exit and U-turned and tried to catch up to him/her but either he/she was doing 90 or else took a turnoff.

Has anyone else seen one or know who makes them ?
