Well I want to say thank you to Hal @ HDL. I have come around and will be spending all of my Chrome funds with them from this point forward. I had a Christmas order placed on the 29 of Nov. With another Vendor. I was expecting the package to arrive before Christmas. As I asked my wife to wrap it for me when it showed up. Well 3 weeks later and 2 phone calls later to the vendor, my wife asks me where the package was this last Monday. I told her I don't know but I will call again. After the 3rd and final call on 12/20/04 I am informed that 2 of the 4 products are on back order. And nothing has shipped nor will it till the other 2 products arrive. Well I must say I was pissed. No contact from the vendor, just let me sit and wait for packages that wern't even comming. So I canceled that order and decided to just forget it. So Tuesday morning comes and I decide to call HDL to see if they have any of the items in stock. Well turns out they had all items in stock and ready to ship. So I said how much for 2 day air to me and was told about 35 dollars. I said here is the credit card number. So after placing the order with the gal on the phone I asked to be transfred to Hal. We talked for a bit and I explained my ordeal with the other vendor. Hal was very understanding and explained they have had some simmiliar problems but they were working on new software to fix it. By the way Hal is a very nice fella for taking time out of his busy day to listen to my sob story. I will say I have my stuff now and my wife has wrapped it for me and I will have a Chrome Christmas.
