What Operating system are you using? XP? 98?

There are 2 different photo editing programs embedded in both. let me know and I'll give you the layman's directions.

You can try this. I just downloaded it this morning & haven't had a chance to play with it yet.
Look for Image Resizer about half way down.

It won't show as a program, but if you right click on photo it will have a menu option to re-size.
P.S. This is only for Windows XP

I use Magic Image Resizer. Great program and fast. You tell it what size you want and it resizes and puts the image in a sub directory under the name of "resized". It can take a 2 mb photo and resize it to approx. 200 kb (at 800 pixels) and it's hard to tell it from the original unless you really blow it up. Great for email photos to someone that has dialup.
