The AMA has gotten the US Senate to pass a bill that would close a loophole in the current law that allows employers to DENY health coverage if you are hurt while riding a motorcycle, ATV or other such "risky" activities. This page explains the current law and the new proposed law:

Click on the AMA direct link to have an email sent to your Representative telling them that you would like for them to support this legislation when it comes to the House of Representatives.
If this law passes the house, it will end discrimination against us.
