How many riders have been here? North Pole. (near Fairbanks) This photo was taken 14 years ago. Great 3 week trip! If you haven't ... do it if you can.

Now that is quite a photo and I'm sure that there are plenty more photos and stories to go along with it. Don't know if I'm that adventurous or not to go it alone but might undertake it with others. 8)

All Ride Safe
I have 3 1/2 trips under my belt.
1st one I flew to Fairbanks, son was attending the
Univ of Alaska and was graduating. I rode his 72
Kawa back from there. Road was so bad the
fairing vibrated and broke off. Glad he was
behind me in his car.
Then my other son and I did a round trip on my
82 Gold Wing in 83.
Middle daughter and I did it again in 86 on my
new SEi Gold Wing with Fuel Injection.
Youngest daughter and I did it again in 88 on
my Yamaha Venture Royale.
Tugged this trailer along each time. It is on the
back of the old VW Trike here.

A friend and myself made the trip last year. It was a great trip with quite a few interesting "things" that just sort of happened along the way. I can tell you that them thar bears, look a whole hell of a lot bigger when there isn't any bars between you and them
