View Full Version : Excellent service from Electrical Connection

I purchased & installed the Turnsignal/Running light kit from a vendor at Wing Ding '02 in Ft.Wayne. A few weeks ago one of my buddies told me part of the right LED ring was not working. I sent an e mail to Electrical Connection & asked what could be done to fix it. They advised me to send them the faulty part for warranty coverage. Yesterday I received a new LED ring, soldered it in & am now ready to roll. They never asked how long I had owned it; just send it to us. Good job EC!

Thats good to know. I ordered one just the other day. Havent recieved it yet. How did the installation go?

Jay B, My riding buddy MAD6GUN did the actual installation. I supervised(looked over his shoulder). We took the lower part of the rear fender off & took it to the workbench which made it easier to thread the wires through the turn signal stalks(it still wasn't easy). When I sent that LED ring back, I just cut the wires to it & then soldered the new ones in place.

I saw someone post on the VRCC board and it looked pretty straight up. Mine came in the mail today. Its supposed to be a Christmas present but who knows, I may get it early.

I have these too, and love them! Installation is just a bit of a pain...but not too bad.
