You set the time in your profile according to the time zone you are in.

Go into your profile scroll toward the bottom and you will see time zone. Takes a little playing around to coincide with your time zone. Example I'm in Illinois and I have it set to GMT+6 hours for my area.

Hmmmm I'm in Eastern time zone and I could swear I set mine -5 not plus 5.
