My sister just bought a place in Santa Monica. Too bad she's a vegetarian!

The area down there is fantastic. I absolutely love the land (and the price). Who knows, one of these days I may just get fed up with CT and split. I just need to figure out what to do in TN to make a living. :D At least I know who to call to come brush hog for me.
